Pontiac Grand Prix

Pontiac Grand Prix

A mid-sized (by American standards) car that owes a number of its styling to European influences. Grand Prix is probably the least chrome-laden car in the usa.

Instead the package continues to be geared to offer an interesting and rewarding driving experience. Beefed-up suspension does its better to tame power delivered with the front wheels, but a range of two V6 engines - one supercharged, but both delivering numerous low-speed torque - implies that brute force will invariably win.

Regardless, Grand Prix keeps a strong following.
